Skills inventories are usually carried out after the first interview. Open questions from the client define the focus of the skills inventory and, within a few hours after completion of the skills inventory, the client receives a response.
This can be carried out in parallel with several participants. In contrast to an assessment, only specific sub-areas of a person are analyzed in the skills inventory.

The client describes their open questions. In addition, they inform ime about the framework conditions and the environment that await the participant in the new position.
Based on this information, the tools for the skills inventory are determined. The focal points are defined, and exercises are selected, which are tailored to the specific situation.
Implementation takes place with or without partial participation of the client (physical / online). A skills inventory lasts half a day per participant. At the request of the client, the implementation takes place either at one of our locations (ZH / SG) or at the client’s site.
On the basis of a clear report, telephone feedback to the client is provided within a very short time. In addition, we create a concise feedback report which clearly shows the neuralgic strengths and weaknesses of the participants and contains development recommendations derived from them. The subsequent feedback discussion takes place at least with the participants themselves, also with a representative of the (potential) employer.
