The various situations are recorded on video and made available to the participant for individual follow-up. In addition, the participant receives a written summary of the most important findings for each training sequence.

The initial discussion with the client and the participant serves to define the focal points for the leadership training. The strengths and weaknesses and the environment of the trainee are analyzed.
Our leadership trainings take place in an individual setting. Before the first training sequence, the trainee works on our leadership effectiveness analysis. The results of this analysis are discussed together in the training and insights are derived regarding individual behavior in leadership situations. In the following training sequences, various leadership situations are then prepared, played through and discussed. The participants have the opportunity to address challenging current situations from their everyday lives and to train in a protected setting.
The participants receive continuous direct feedback after the individual exercises. In addition, the sequences are recorded on video and shown to the participants. In addition, ime writes a summary of each training sequence with the most important findings and sends them to the participants. At the end of the leadership training, the client receives a final report.
We accompany the participants from the leadership trainings for up to 6 months after the training in the daily leadership work. As a result, the participants have the opportunity to discuss emerging difficult leadership situations in advance and prepare them together in order to ensure successful management.
